Pricing

Please note, the cost of grooms depends upon your pet’s coat condition and temperament. Prices quoted are ‘from’ and are based on pets who visit the salon regularly and are well-maintained at home between visits.

New Clients

For new clients a £20 non-refundable deposit is required, this fee will be deducted from the price of the groom.

Late Arrivals

Please be punctual for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to groom your pet. My day at the salon is constructed of appointment slots which means if you are late, this encroaches on the slot following on from you. I have a duty to my customers and their pets to run on time.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend your appointment. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the usual fee and future appointments will require pre-payment.
